What’s between knowing what to do and actually doing it?

a magic pill will not change your life or instant gratification it takes intentionally changing

Logically knowing what to do and without follow through, all the knowledge and logic in the world won't lead to any real results or progress.

I talk to a lot of coaching tire kickers who want an instant solution - a book, a course, a pill, a potion, a lotion, a supplement, a magic wand. They want me to fix it for them, but I always have to remind them that real change and progress require them to take intentional action steps daily. It takes effort, willingness, and a willingness to be messy.

There are no shortcuts or quick fixes when it comes to personal growth and development.

There's NOTHING outside of you that will resolve your problems.

It's about putting in the work, staying committed, and being willing to make the necessary changes in order to see real results.

Changing your life is fully an inside job.

It's crucial to not only understand what needs to be done, but to actually take action and see it through to completion.

No one is coming, no one is going to do it for you, if you want a pill I will put saw dust in a gel cap and sell it to you for a million dollars, what I know is that's not going to solve the problem, it's like putting a band-aid on a broken leg.
