How Quickly can You get Over a Reaction to a Loved One?

Some may find it easier to forgive and let go, while others may struggle to release feelings of hurt and betrayal. Where do these feelings come from?

Not from the past hurts and betrayals, they are done, and over, what's keeping that feeling alive in you?


Carrying around past hurts and grievances can have a significant impact on our mental and emotional well-being. It can weigh us down, affecting our mood, relationships, and overall quality of life. Holding onto negative emotions WILL prevent us from fully experiencing joy and happiness in the present moment.


  • It's important to consider the cost of carrying around this emotional weight. Is it worth sacrificing your own peace of mind and happiness in order to hold onto past grievances?

  • How do you treat yourself as a result of these pains? How do you treat others? What are you avoiding or saying no to?

  • What are you gaining by holding onto these negative feelings, and what are you losing in the process?


Ultimately, the decision to let go and move on is a personal one. It may require introspection, self-reflection, and possibly seeking support from someone like me.


By becoming aware of painful feelings, acknowledging where they come from(hint not the past) and processing our emotions, we can begin the journey towards healing and finding peace more peace in our life.
