We are human doings. We are human beings. We can't do gratitude, we be grateful.

we think we need to do more, when we need to do less

As individuals, we often get caught up in the idea that our worth is based on what we do rather than who we are.

In reality, our true essence lies in our ability to embody qualities such as gratitude, love, kindness, and forgiveness. It's not just about going through the motions of these actions, but truly embodying them at our core. We are human beings, not just human doings. Work on becoming more grateful, loving, kind, and forgiving that is where our true strength and beauty lies.

Letting go of resentment, past mistakes, past hurts and practicing forgiveness allows us to free ourselves from the burden of past and move forward with a lighter heart and mind.

There's nothing to "do" to feel better; feeling better is within us. That's great news, for looking outside yourself for relief is not only a long journey of finding more of what you don't want, it can be very costly and time-consuming. Consumerism feeds off the desperation to feel better. Instead of seeking external sources for happiness and fulfillment, it's important to realize that true contentment comes from within. By shifting our focus inward and discovering how powerful you truly are, you'll access peace of mind and feel free.

If this doesn't make sense or is confusing, feel free to reach out. I too thought I knew most of my life what this meant, and I was wrong. I knew at an intellectual level what I didn't know is how to actually access it and experientially understand it.
