What The Agreement covers in short...
This agreement simply outlines what coaching is, and isn’t. It confirms that I’m a coach, not a therapist, and that our work focuses on clarity, emotional leadership, and forward movement, not diagnosis or treatment.
It also clarifies what you can expect from me: full presence, confidentiality, and my commitment to overdeliver on every session. It’s how we set mutual respect, clear expectations, and a strong foundation for your coaching journey.
Why Phone Sessions Are My Standard
Depth of Presence: Without the distraction of screens, appearances, or environments, clients drop into their inner world more quickly. They often speak more freely when they are not on camera.
Lower Pressure: Many clients are already Zoom fatigued. Phone calls remove concerns about facial expressions, backgrounds, or being judged visually. That frees up mental space for honesty and vulnerability.
Flexibility: Clients can walk, sit outside, or settle in wherever they feel comfortable. Movement and comfort often lead to deeper insights and reduced stress.
Focus on Listening: Coaching is about what is happening in your mind and heart. On the phone, you hear yourself more clearly and you hear me more clearly because there is no visual noise competing for your attention.
Efficiency: Phone sessions avoid the common tech issues of video such as lag, dropped connections, or troubleshooting. This means you get consistent, reliable coaching.

Why Video Costs More
Extra Time Commitment: Video requires greater preparation including extra buffer time, tech setup, and space for possible glitches. This means I cannot see as many clients in a day.
Different Energy Demand: Being on camera requires a different level of energy and focus, which limits how much I can sustainably give across my client load.
Premium Experience: For clients who prefer visual presence, I make video available as a premium option. It is double the cost because it requires more time, attention, and setup.

Summary
Phone sessions are not just convenient. They are the optimal format for coaching, and most clients get their best results this way.
