Conflict Begins in the Mind
Conflict doesn't damage relationships nearly as much as the state of mind we bring into it. A quieter mind creates space to listen, understand, and respond with intention instead of reaction.

They begin with the meaning our mind gives those words.
The same conversation can create defensiveness, curiosity, or connection depending on the state of mind we're in when we walk into it.
When your mind is busy, reactive, or trying to protect you, you'll often hear things that were never actually said.
The conversation changes the moment your state of mind changes.
