Curiosity Creates Better Conversations
Curiosity creates stronger communication by replacing assumptions with understanding. A simple question can transform conflict into connection.

One of the fastest ways to create conflict is to assume you already know what someone is thinking.
Curiosity slows that pattern down.
It replaces, "I know why they did that," with, "Help me understand."
That small shift changes the tone of conversations, reduces defensiveness, and creates space for connection instead of misunderstanding.
The goal isn't to win the conversation.
The goal is to understand each other a little better.
