Feeling Rejected Isn’t Proof
Feeling rejected can quickly turn into conclusions about our worth, relationships, or what someone else thinks of us. This coaching insight separates the reality of the feeling from the story the feeling seems to prove.

Feeling rejected hurts.
And sometimes something genuinely disappointing happened.
The part worth noticing is what happens next.
“I feel rejected” can quietly become:
“They don’t want me.”
“I’m not important.”
“I must have done something wrong.”
“I’m not enough.”
The feeling is real.
The story it seems to prove may not be.
Before letting one uncomfortable moment become evidence about your worth, the relationship, or what someone else thinks of you, get curious:
What story is this feeling convincing you to believe?
Because feeling rejected and being rejected aren’t always the same thing.
Awkward, I know.
