You're Hearing More Than Their Words
Most misunderstandings don't come from the words themselves. They come from the meaning our minds add. Recognizing the difference leads to clearer communication and stronger relationships.

Communication isn't just about what someone says.
It's about what your mind does with what it hears.
A single sentence gets filtered through past experiences, assumptions, fears, expectations, and memories. Before long, you're reacting to a story that may have very little to do with what was actually said.
The next time you feel triggered by someone's words, pause for a moment.
Ask yourself:
"Am I reacting to what they said, or to the meaning my mind added?"
That one question can change a conversation, a relationship, and sometimes an entire day.
