When Repetitive Thoughts Feel Important
A thought can repeat because it feels important, threatening, unresolved, or simply familiar. Repetition doesn’t make it true or mean it requires your attention.

Your mind can repeat the same thought so often that repetition starts to feel like evidence.
It isn’t.
Some thoughts repeat because something matters to us.
Some because we’re afraid.
Some because an experience still has our attention.
And some simply repeat because we’ve practiced thinking them.
Frequency doesn’t make a thought factual.
