Each session is confidential, private, and focused on what matters most to you that day. We slow things down, explore the patterns behind your challenges, and work through practical ways to create clarity and direction. Sessions are conversational and thought-based, not clinical. We don’t discuss or diagnose medical or mental health conditions. You’ll leave each conversation with insight you can apply right away.

Do coaching packages come with materials?

Yes. Every coaching package includes a personalized printed book mailed directly to you. It’s a living document that evolves with your growth, so no two are ever the same. Inside, you’ll find weekly themes, reflection prompts, and tools to support your progress between sessions. Think of it as a guide, not a rulebook.
