The Meaning We Keep Creating
The past doesn't shape us as much as the meaning we continue attaching to it. Seeing that difference creates room for clarity and change.

Many people spend years trying to heal from the past.
Sometimes the greatest source of suffering isn't what happened years ago. It's the meaning the mind has continued creating around those memories ever since.
Our minds are built to explain, predict, and protect us. They naturally create stories about painful experiences. Those stories can quietly shape how we see ourselves, other people, and what's possible.
When those stories go unquestioned, they begin to feel permanent.
Awareness creates space. Space allows new understanding. New understanding changes how we experience both the past and the present.
The past may not change.
Your relationship with it can.
